An early good morning to you all. I am up early as taken my step son Josh to work for 6am. So thought as I am up I would come and update my blog. How are you all?
Sorry to say its raining again, hoping for some sunshine soon, to cheer us all up.
My niece Sue asked me if i would make her a anniversary card for her Mum (my sister) and Dad's wedding anniversary, 33 years married on Saturday. I was 6, I remember it like yesterday, especially the bright pink floral dress and headband that wouldn't stay on. Lol. Anyway moving on, so this is the card, Ive used the Stampin up! Marry me stamp set, its lovely, kept it simple, as think the image says it all.
I would just like to give my friends Jean and Alan a mention, they have a lovely shop in Stamford, Lincs called AJ's Card Craft, just at the side of North Street car park, a must have visit for any card maker/scrapbooker. Jean also holds classes Wednesday's and Thursday's for anybody wanting to make cards etc, whether your new to card making or an advanced card maker. you will receive a warm welcome and have a lovely time crafting with some lovely ladies, whom I now call friends. They also have a website which can be found at www.ajscardcraft.co.uk.
Well will blog again soon, have a good day. As I look out my window now, its sun shining so lets hope it stays for a while. Thanks for stopping by, Hugs Lou. x x

Christening Card
Good evening, are you all OK? Hope this post finds you all well. Well where has this week gone?? Cannot believe that Easter has been and gone already and that we are nearly middle of April.
One of my friends asked me to make her a christening card for this Sunday, I hadn't anything specific for a christening, so I looked online for a digi stamp and found this. It was from Di's digi stamps. I love the image, especially the church window in the background. It's an easel card and I am going to make a box for the card to sit in.
Well must sign off now, thanks all for stopping by, hugs Lou. x x

Easter Bonnet
Good Evening. I hope your all well. Not sure if its just me but I can't get warm this evening. We have gone from T-Shirt weather to woolly jumper weather all within a fortnight.
We are hoping to have a ride to the coast at the weekend, but it will need to warm up a tad.
Thought I would share this photo with you, I have to say it is not my creation, although I have made this one, it wasn't my idea. But when I saw it, I thought I will try making one myself and have to say they are super cute. A fellow Stampin Up! lady had posted it on her blog.
If you have any empty brad containers that is all you need and some scalloped circles and circles. I embossed my circles. You will need small piece of ribbon too and flower\leaf punch(optional). Enjoy!!
